Bergamo, a hidden jewel

Starting from the funicular station, we will reach the upper town admiring the beautiful panorama during our ride.

Once on the top of the hill, we will first climb up to the fortress, then we will walk in the historical centre to discover some of its jewels such as its unique main square with the Campanone (Bell) Tower as well as the church of Santa Maria Maggiore, full of amazing frescoes and masterpieces, and many other ancient buildings and remains of its glorious past.

While walking in the narrow streets surrounded by very ancient buildings, we will enjoy the numerous bakeries and the typical products, such as the "Polenta e Osei" cake, and of course, you'll have the chance to taste it!
