KAYAN MENTARANG ADVENTURE
Kayan Mentarang is located in, Malinau Regency, North Kalimanatan Kalimantan. Cruising up the Kayan River passing Malinau, and continue the Sesayap River to the jungle of Kayan Mentarang National Park, here we will explore the tropical flora and fauna and wild life of this almost unexplored Largest National Park of Indonesia in the East (North)Kalimantan Province. The Kayan Mentarang Expeditions are a collection of exploratories and Indonesia dream destination journeys that reflect the particular passions and favorite place.
Day 01: TARAKAN , ARRIVAL (D)
Upon arrival at Juwata airport in Tarakan meeting service then check- in at a hotel.
Day 02 : TARAKAN, MALINAU, DESA SETULANG (BLD)
We drive to the harbor to board the speedboat for trip to Malinau, on Upon arrival at Malinau, we will continue by car to Desa Setulangshort sightseeing and overnight at local house, meals on the way.
Day 03 & 05 : DESA SETULANG, FOREST TREK (BLD)
We can experience the traditional life of the Dayak Tribes at the village, and trek through the tropical forest around, try to spot some animals as monkeys, hornbill birds, and king fishers. At the hills we will have a beautiful view of the forest around us. Meals on Jungle camp.
Day 06 : DESA SETULANG, MALINAU, TARAKAN (BLD)
After breakfast we start our trip to Malinau by car, by speed boat meals on the way, overnight at hotel
Day 07 : TARAKAN (B)
After breakfast free , till departure time to Tarakan airport.
