Spend the day travelling amongst the local wine region. Tasting local small boutique Tasmanian, wines and spirits.
Stop off at a local hot spot for lunch, then go in search for more flavors of Tasmanian world award winning whiskey, gin, vodka and other spirits.
This day is slow pace, relaxed and informative with great learnings and navigating through our local methods and traditional techniques of how we create spectacular local products here in Tasmania.
