After pickup we make our way along the Atlantic Seaboard, past the Twelve Apostles mountain range, to Hout Bay where we will enjoy a boat trip to Seal island. We then cruise along what was voted the 5th most scenic drive in the world-Chapmans Peak, passing Noordhoek beach until we arrive at Cape Point Nature Reserve, the Southwestern most tip of Africa.
We then hike up to the the lighthouse (or optional Tram) where a few snapshots can be taken of the stunning 360 deg panoramic views. Next stop is Boulders Beach to see the super cute penguin colony that started in 1982. Thereafter we will stop for lunch at a seaside restaurant and then meander to Simonstown to hear about the only dog to ever be inducted into the navy as an official seaman. We will drive through Fishoek and stop to browse the boutiqques in "bohemian" Kalk Bay, voted "hippest" neighbourhood in the world by Forbes magazine. An optional visit would be to Muizenberg beach for some ice-cream and a final stroll before heading back to the comfort of your hotel..
